It was so nice to get out of the house a bit and visit with family. We had such a good time as usual. I had doctors orders to take it easy all weekend so I actually felt pretty lazy! It was nice:)
The food was excellent, the fellowship wonderful! It was nice to have Ian home for several days too.
At 11pm Rebekah and I ventured out into the crazy masses to do some Black Friday shopping. I have never seen such a line! It was insane! For as crowded at it was the people didn’t seem too crazy though. I barely saw any running, I definitely didn’t see any pushing, and the only arguing I saw was when they were letting people in the store about 10 or so people around us tried to sneak into the line. The girl behind us still handled it pretty well. She told them it wasn’t fair that they just cut line after we had been standing for so long and they needed to go to the back of the line. They ignored her of course. She then threatened to make a scene and somehow they ended up leaving. I am not sure if it was because of her threats or because security pulled them out of line. I missed it because the line was moving the whole time and people were cutting a little in front of us so I had to watch that action too. Don’t worry though. The lady in front of us told security and they pulled those people out also. We got our few buys then headed for checkout. The checkout line was like 45 minutes also. Crazy! It was fun though. I always enjoy going with Rebekah. I was ready to be back home though! We left the house at almost 11 and got back home around 1:30am. Not too bad! I was ready to be back though. Black Friday shopping and pregnancy didn’t go well together for me! At least we didn’t go to Wal-mart!
*My live writer has changed so hopefully I can figure out how to make the photo bigger once I have time to look at it for a bit.
